- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment
- Assist guests with their inquiries and provide accurate information about our services and offerings
- Manage reservations and ensure proper arrangement of tables
- Escort and seat guests at their designated tables
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Handle guest complaints and find appropriate solutions
- Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
