Role Overview
The Guest Client Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a professional, welcoming, and hygienic environment across all Micro Mitti offices, site offices, and airport kiosks. This role focuses on client hospitality, cleanliness management, and overall workplace upkeep to maintain the highest standards of service and comfort.

Role Overview
The Guest Client Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a professional, welcoming, and hygienic environment across all Micro Mitti offices, site offices, and airport kiosks. This role focuses on client hospitality, cleanliness management, and overall workplace upkeep to maintain the highest standards of service and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hospitality arrangements for all incoming clients, including serving tea/snacks (Farmely items or others as arranged).
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and hygiene across office, site office, and airport kiosk.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Monitor meeting rooms, reception areas, and client touchpoints to ensure readiness at all times.
- Train, guide, and monitor support staff to deliver consistent hospitality and cleanliness.
- Address client or visitor concerns immediately and escalate where required.
- Maintain inventory of hospitality supplies (tea, snacks, water, etc.) and housekeeping materials.
- Collaborate with HR/Admin to recruit and manage hospitality/cleanliness staff if required.
- Ensure no complaints from clients regarding hospitality or cleanliness at any location.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Administration (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or facility management.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Professional communication and client service orientation.
- Ability to train and manage support staff effectively.
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A dynamic workplace environment with exposure to diverse clients.
