Job Title: GST Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 1-3 years in GST compliance

Salary : 25K - 35K CTC P.M

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Return Filing:
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all GST regulations and deadlines.
• Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, and GSTR-3B with accounting records.
• Handle GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C filing for annual returns.
• TDS Compliance:
• Deduct TDS on applicable payments as per Income Tax regulations.
• Deposit TDS to the government and file TDS returns quarterly.
• Issue TDS certificates to deductes.
• Accounting:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all GST and TDS related transactions.
• Assist in general accounting tasks as needed.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding GST and TDS matters.
• Respond to queries and provide clarifications.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Key Skills:

• GST Expertise: In-depth knowledge of GST regulations and procedures.
• TDS Knowledge: Understanding of TDS provisions and compliance requirements.
• Accounting Skills: Basic accounting knowledge and experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and GST filing portals.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify potential issues.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with GST audits and assessments.
• Knowledge of other indirect taxes.
