Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a GSA - House Keeping. As a GSA - House Keeping, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel rooms and public areas. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will have less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping and be able to work independently with attention to detail.

- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in housekeeping
- Knowledge of rooms division operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
- Knowledge of housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
- Cleaning and maintaining hotel rooms and public areas according to established standards
- Ensuring all guest rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies
- Responding to guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Assisting with laundry and linen management
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the housekeeping storage areas
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
