Job Summary:

The Growth Manager is a strategic role focused on building and scaling Deccan AI’s network of freelancers and contractors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will lead initiatives to attract top-tier talent, experiment with innovative approaches, and implement scalable strategies to achieve ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute diverse strategies to attract and onboard freelancers and contractors across multiple categories.
• Develop and assess hypotheses for sourcing high-quality leads using both traditional and innovative methods.
• Scale successful experiments into major initiatives, making them a significant focus of your work.

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced start-up environment, and adapt to changing priorities
• Good to have experience in growth roles, with a focus on freelance, contractor or vendor networks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
