Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy internal email campaigns (e.g. newsletters, event invites, marketing emails)
Create and manage Marketo programs, smart campaigns, email templates, landing pages, and forms
Ensure on-time delivery and QA of all internal campaigns
Maintain internal distribution lists and audience segmentation using smart lists and dynamic content
Monitor lead scoring or engagement models (if applicable internally)
Develop reusable assets (tokenized programs, templates)
Knowledge of UTM tracking and internal campaign analytics
Track internal campaign performance (open/click rates, engagement)
Assist with Marketo instance hygiene: de-duping, data field updates
Strong knowledge of smart campaigns, flow steps, forms, segmentation, and tokens
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
Familiarity with CRM tool (D365) and integrations is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines
Stay up to date with Marketo best practices, releases, and system updates
