Are you a creative visionary with a passion for transforming ideas into compelling visuals? Biz4Group is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and elevate our brand identity. You'll play a crucial role in creating engaging visual content that captures our audience's attention across various digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create visual assets for social media campaigns, including posts, stories, and advertisements.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital banners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create impactful visuals for blog posts, presentations, and websites.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring all designs are consistent with our brand's identity and tone.
  • Work on UI/UX elements, web layouts, and other digital interfaces as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, adhering to deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer; a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work required in case of freshers.
  • Good knowledge of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for different digital platforms.
