What You Will Be Working On

• Create stunning visual assets for everything from websites and social media to presentations and marketing collateral—including webpages, reports, blog images, templates, social media creatives, animation videos, and newsletters. You'll bring the brand’s vision to life across every platform.
• Manage fast-paced projects, taking ideas from concept to final product while maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure every design aligns with brand goals and effectively communicates key messages.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve creative output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to raise the bar for the brand’s visual identity.
• Work closely with the content team to craft visually compelling assets.
• Maintain high aesthetic standards and creativity across all deliverables.
• Create product animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Apply expert knowledge of typography, negative space, color theory, and composition to all design work.
• Work within brand guidelines while exploring innovative ways to evolve the brand visually.
• Manage and organise brand assets to ensure consistent and efficient use across teams and projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with business objectives and user needs.
• Understand and implement UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and platform-specific design guidelines.
• Stay current with trends in design, branding, and digital interfaces.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a diverse and polished portfolio, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and UI design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong eye for discovering new tools that enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to work within and expand them effectively.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, spacing, and color usage, with attention to design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with motion design for product and interface animations.
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and design systems.
• A standout portfolio that showcases a range of projects demonstrating strong aesthetics, design skills, and the ability to tell compelling visual stories.

• Experience working in agile environments or with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with animation principles or interactive prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Lottie).
