This role provides an exciting opportunity to join the Atlas Copco Group - Brand Studio as a Graphic designer & illustrator, based in Pune, India.

Brand Studio is the Global Communication Competence Centre for the Atlas Copco Group, comprising a team of passionate professionals, including strategists, designers, visualizers, copywriters, art directors, motion graphic designers, presentation designers, 3D designers, and social media experts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Graphic designer & illustrator to strengthen our team. You will develop creative ideas, concepts and material based on customer briefs. You are expected to elevate ideas and add innovations that meets and exceeds business objectives.

Together with the Art Director you will ensure the development of high-end communication, branding and graphic design solutions aligned to brand position and visual identity. Once the design is approved you will be responsible for its execution.

You will be expected to take full ownership of the design process to ensure that timelines and expectations are met. You should have a strong brand understanding and experience from corporate branding.

About The Role

• Create visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms, including brochures, leaflets, product catalogues, newsletters, calendars, emailers, social media posts, etc.
• Develop high-quality illustrations, icons, and vector graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design website mock-ups and collaborate with web design teams for desktop and mobile layouts.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas in alignment with company goals and brand identity.
• Prepare and organize design files for production and final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, marketing, and product managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

What we expect of you

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts (BFA).
• 4-7 years of professional experience in graphic design; experience in advertising or digital marketing is preferred.
• International experience is an advantage, either through work abroad or through working with international companies and customers.
• Advanced user of the Adobe Creative suite as well as additional design software, tools and equipment. Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop required. Additional software knowledge about Adobe aftereffects, Adobe premiere, Adobe XD is an added advantage.
• Comfortable in a windows base work environment.
• Experience from creative agency work will be an advantage.
