The Role

As a Graphic Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

  • Design visually compelling content ― brochures, presentations, banners, flowcharts, etc.
  • Interactive media ― design and manage interactive PDFs and Adobe EPUB files, incorporating elements like buttons, QR codes, hyperlinks, and embedded media.
  • Video production ― create and edit promotional videos optimized for various platforms, enhancing our digital presence.
  • Brand stewardship ― ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity across all channels.
  • Collaboration ― partner with other designers, the marketing team, administrative personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure that all designs meet project requirements.
  • Revision and optimization ― make necessary revisions to existing materials based on feedback, ensuring all changes align with brand standards.
  • File management ― own the print production process from concept to delivery, working closely with vendors and stakeholders to produce high-quality materials.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a B2B or engineering context.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro / After Effects are essential).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive, organized and detail-oriented, capable to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
