Were looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to lead creative design initiatives across our marketing, branding, and digital channels. Youll take concepts from idea to execution, ensuring all designs align with the companys vision and brand guidelines. This is a hands-on role that requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and leadership skills.

- Lead design projects from concept to final deliverables while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to produce engaging graphics that enhance campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers, providing creative guidance and sharing best practices.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to drive continuous innovation.
- Review and give feedback on design assets produced by the team.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is a
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiar with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present concepts clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
