JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented professional with 2+ years of experience in graphic design. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and impactful design elements. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional skills in graphic design, a passion for visual storytelling, and a keen eye for detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with each department and stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.
• Create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in design across different platforms and materials.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs to meet project specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry standards to deliver innovative and cutting-edge designs.
• Support marketing campaigns by creating visually engaging graphics.
• Assist in the creation and execution of visual assets for social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand presence.
• Take ownership of design projects, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring efficient retrieval and version control.
• Follow industry best practices and legal requirements regarding copyright and intellectual property rights.
• Taking photographs using Nikon cameras, including setup, shooting, and post-processing for marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma.
• Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
• Must have a portfolio of previous work

• Office timings are from 9 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
• Salary: Best in the industry based on experience and Skill set.
• Probation Period: 6 Months
• Medical Insurance for an individual for 2.00 lac p.a after 3 months of Joining.  
• Social Security includes - Provident Fund and Gratuity on completion of 5 yrs of service as per the Tamil Nadu Factories Act.
• 10 days of Paid Leave and 8 Casual Leave will be provided for the Year.
