Job Title: Graphic Designer / Email Marketing

Location: Onsite at Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Experience: 2-4 Years (Immediate Joiners)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for various digital platforms using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop unique, innovative concepts for visual content that aligns with marketing strategies and enhances the brand presence.
• Utilize email marketing best practices to create and send regular campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Work closely with other departments, including product and sales teams, to generate creative assets that meet project requirements.
• Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms and marketing ventures.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and email marketing strategies to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
• Provide creative solutions for text formatting, layout, and interactive design for digital campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
• Experience with email marketing campaigns including design, layout development, and execution.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and visual communication techniques.
• Excellent creativity and innovation skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work well within a team while also being able to function independently when necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design appealing graphic content for both online and offline marketing and promotional materials.
• Develop creative and innovative email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and design templates.
• Apply knowledge of graphic design and email marketing tools to optimize and enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance data to inform future design and marketing strategies.
• Ensure all graphics and marketing materials are aligned with the overall brand aesthetics and guidelines.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions for skill development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
• Maintain organized files and backup systems for all project content and documentation.
