They should be proficient in industry-standard design software and have a deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator, with optional familiarity with Fireworks, for the creation of web-optimized images.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and develop visual ideas that align with project objectives.
• Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with the Design team, marketing team, and stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of color theory and typography to create visually appealing designs.
• Flexibility and dependability to adapt to evolving project requirements and meet deadlines consistently.
• Effective communication strategies to convey ideas clearly and understand client needs.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional work experience in graphic design, with a Diploma or Graduate degree in Multimedia/Design.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for Social Media posts, banners, branding designs, website graphics and PowerPoint presentations, etc.
• Understanding the scope and requirements of client projects.
• Create wireframes or mockups to visualize design ideas before execution
• Participating in photoshoots for images and videos as necessary for client projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative techniques and approaches into your work.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and practices to meet project requirements
