Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a full-time position at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience. This role requires a creative and innovative designer who can work collaboratively with team members to produce high-quality visual content. The selected individual will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team at Nexus Jobs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill), enabling the creation of visually compelling digital content.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill) to design vector graphics and illustrations.
• Ability to use Figma (Mandatory skill) for collaborative interface design and prototyping.
• Knowledge of Sketch for creating user interface layouts and designing web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of typography to enhance the visual appeal of text in designs.
• Experience with branding, developing logos, and ensuring visual coherence across marketing materials.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design to create user-centric digital interfaces and improve usability.
• Competence in Adobe InDesign for designing print and digital documents, enhancing layout designs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs using Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print media.
• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and execute creative design strategies for branding.
• Develop design layouts for websites, social media, and advertising materials meeting company standards.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of all visual content with corporate branding guidelines.
• Use Figma for designing user interfaces and prototypes, facilitating effective team collaboration.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for design innovation.
• Modify designs as necessary based on feedback and in accordance with project schedules.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design processes.
