We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us elevate our brand through compelling visual content.

Who you'll work with

As a Graphic Designer at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will collaborate closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality visual content. Your role will involve translating client requirements and project objectives into creative and effective designs across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design solutions align with client goals and brand standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in producing visually appealing materials that effectively communicate the intended message and enhance the overall project experience.

What you'll do

• Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, reports, infographics, and social media graphics.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Produce visually engaging presentations for client meetings, workshops, and internal use.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and consulting teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and feedback is incorporated.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain an organized archive of design assets and project files.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Conduct research on competitors and market trends to create innovative and competitive designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and presentations is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with digital design, including social media graphics, web design, and email marketing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.
