Graphic Designer

We're seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating visually appealing designs that resonate with our audience. In this role, your time will be equally divided between crafting engaging graphic assets for web blogs and other marketing materials and developing intuitive user interface designs for web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual assets for web blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Create visually appealing infographics, banners, and illustrations that align with the brand's identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure the visual elements enhance the overall storytelling.
• Design user-centric web interfaces and UI components for web applications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the product's design guidelines.
• Work closely with UX designers and developers to translate wireframes and concepts into polished, interactive UI designs.
• Create custom flows and interface elements that enhance the user experience while adhering to brand standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on visual styles and design strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve design practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and UI design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of web design principles and user-centered design practices.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS or familiarity with web development is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is beneficial.
