Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and graphics for various projects for marketing materials including, print collateral, social media graphics, banners, email newsletters, presentations, advertisements and digital media.
- Work with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience and messaging requirements, and collaborate effectively to ensure design concepts align with project goals.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion and translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual designs while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Select appropriate typefaces, fonts, and typography styles to effectively convey the desired message and enhance readability.
- Attention to typographic hierarchy and composition to create visually balanced designs.
- Editing images to enhance their quality, composition and visual appeal.
- Create custom illustrations, icons, and graphical elements to enhance visual storytelling and brand communication.
- Produce high-quality graphics and designs that effectively communicate the desired message and resonate with the target audience, and ensure designs are visually appealing, cohesive and consistent across various platforms and mediums.
- Stay informed about current design trends, techniques, and best practices, and continuously seek inspiration and explore new design styles and tools to enhance creativity and innovation.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
