Job Summary

Tweak And Turn Consultations is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor with experience in social media marketing. The ideal candidate will create compelling visual content and manage social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, website banners, promotional materials, and print media.
• Develop visually appealing designs for campaigns, aligning with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging assets that drive conversions.
• Edit video content for social media, events, and promotional campaigns (reels, ads, event recaps).
• Ensure smooth transitions, sound design, and motion graphics in videos.
• Transform raw footage into polished content that meets company standards.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Create, schedule, and manage social media posts with consistent branding.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on trends in social media and video content.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Ensure consistency in visual style across all platforms.
• Create marketing assets optimized for various digital platforms.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging content, including motion graphics and short-form videos.
• Stay updated with trends in design and video production.
  
  

Qualifications Skills

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, video editor, and social media marketer, with a portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Ability to develop and manage social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Strong visual composition, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience in photography and videography is a plus.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Laptop is a must.
