  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in GPS technology and electric wiring systems to enhance installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Document all installations and maintenance activities, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance processes.
  • Provide training to end-users on the proper use and care of GPS devices, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Stay responsive to emergency maintenance calls and promptly address any critical issues affecting the functionality of GPS devices.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance the longevity of GPS devices.

By incorporating these additional responsibilities, the candidate will play a crucial role in the effective deployment and ongoing maintenance of GPS devices within the organization.
