Responsibilities
- Work on category-creating, possibly disruptive, fintech products in the early stages.
- Design and develop highly scalable and reliable systems end-to-end.
- Directly work with the CTO and Founders, and be a part of product strategy.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in backend development and building scalable products.
- Self-Starter; Will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our products built in-house.
- Someone who is proficient in MongoDB.
- Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with working with Rest APIs.
- Think out of the box while solving problems, considering the scale and changing environment variables.
- Quickly learn and contribute to changing the technical stack.
- Bonus Points- Working knowledge of SQL database for a product at scale and AWS.
- Interest (and/or experience) in the financial/stock market space - interest trumps experience!
