About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Frontend Technical Lead who excels in JavaScript and TypeScript and has deep experience in building scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend applications.

You will lead a team of engineers, drive technical decisions, and work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Own the technical roadmap and lead the adoption of best practices in frontend architecture and development.
  • Mentor, coach, and manage a team of frontend engineers.
  • Perform code reviews, provide technical feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless API integration.
  • Set and enforce coding standards, performance benchmarks, and testing strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend technologies and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Break down complex projects into actionable tasks with accurate estimations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and updates with high code quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Expert-level knowledge in at least one modern framework/library : React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, component design patterns, and state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia, etc.)
  • Experience with build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Rollup)
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design practices
  • Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks like Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for frontend deployment
  • Proven ability to lead and grow a team of engineers
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
