Global Managed Service – Identity and access Management – Staff -L1 and L1.5

The IAM Administrator role will be primarily responsible for the engagement's support and enhancements. Adhering to stated SLAs and ensuring high quality deliverables are also important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identity Management:
• Help with user account and profile creation, modification, and deletion.
• Ensure that user data in the IAM system is accurate and current.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues in a timely manner.
• Access Control:
• Configure and manage access controls using IAM systems and tools.
• Implement and enforce access policies and procedures in cooperation with teams.
• Monitor access permissions to detect and respond to unauthorized access attempts.
• Security Compliance:
• Drive access review and participate in audits to ensure that security rules and policies are followed.
• Support the creation and upkeep of IAM-related documentation.
• Incident Response:
• Participate in IAM incident response activities.
• Work together with the security team to investigate and address security breaches or unauthorized access.
• Collaboration:
• Improve IAM processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, security, and compliance.
• Keep up to date on IAM industry trends and best practices.
  

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• Strong interest in identity and access management and cybersecurity.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Skills for teamwork and effective communication.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and security concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive data
• Willingness to travel when necessary
• Willingness to work on-call support and occasional overtime as needed
• Willingness to work in shifts as needed
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
