Job Purpose
Lead Manage the Sales, Service and Operations for the Retail business in the defined geography. He / She will drive productivity and profitability of Vi Stores & Outbound Mini Store in the said geography.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Drive Vi Store & ViMS performance. Facilitate n lead the team on revenue metrics :
Post-paid Gross Adds
Quality of acquisition measured through T4M to T6M.
Base upgrade revenue
Drive and facilitate uniform customer experience agenda across formats and drive digital adoption.Lead indicators:
Driving new project roll out like monetization initiatives, Digitization for smooth execution of Go to Market initiatives on engaging customers with various retail events organised in the geography to grow footfalls.
Drive Digital First culture through Smart Sales Conversions, One Serve Usage , and GMB ratings .
Focus on Talent retention and management ,driving the organizational beliefs of Diversity & Inclusion and HSW in full spirit .
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Preferably MBA with Retail Management/Operations Experience

10+ years overall should have handled teams in the past.

- Complaint Reduction, Post to Pre Voluntary Churn .
