Contiem is seeking a Global SQA Managerto lead our Software Quality Assurance practices and teams across all product lines. This global role requires high standards of ownership, process definition, and delivery success.

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the SQA Manager is to deliver high quality product releases in the fastest possible time. This role has strategic focus and the SQA Manager will leverage their experiences to unify SQA practices, capabilities and personnel, across our locations and product portfolio. The SQA Manager will work closely with Global Leadership, Product Managers, Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure product goals are consistently met.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality product releases to our clients across our entire portfolio.
• Continually refine SQA operations to achieve fast turn-around times, including optimizing test strategies, use cases, test cases, testing phases, automation and use of our global locations.
• Lead selection and implementation of SQA technologies, tools and methodologies.
• Create, supervise and manage a unified global team.
• Define and automate metrics collection and reporting to drive quality, performance, impact, stakeholder engagement and decision making.
• Manage the cost, schedule and performance of the software quality team.
• Assist the Sr. VP of Products, Design & Technology in the development of the technical vision and roadmap for delivering quality product.
  
  

Required Experience

• Indian citizenship and passport; able to travel to any country.
• 15 years experience in SQA, leading SQA teams, defining and executing strategy.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Math, MIS, or an Engineering discipline.
• Experienced at implementing best practice of QA techniques including test case creation, testing methodologies, and defect management processes.
• Proficiency in using automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium to ensure proper test coverage and efficiency.
• Experienced in developing strategic plans for QA processes and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Direct experience of SQA for Web, SaaS, Cloud and on-premise implementations.
• Experience of delivering in an Agile environment, CI/CD pipelines, iterative / periodic release schedules.
• Proven experience in leading and developing global teams.
• Collaborative, team player with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, as evidenced by experience analyzing and documenting complex business requirements and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Effective time management, task planning, and prioritization skills.
  
  

Reporting: This position reports to the Deputy Managing Director, Contiem, India.

Work Hours

This is a full-time, on-site, position with hours of operations from Monday to Friday, between 9:00am to 6pm.
