We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer to join our production team. The role involves supporting and enhancing production processes while ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in manufacturing operations. This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world production activities and an opportunity to grow into a full-time engineering role.

Key Responsibilities
- Tooling & Process Development – Assist in the design and development of jigs, fixtures, and gauges to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement – Actively participate in Kaizen initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production line.
- Support Production Operations – Assist in day-to-day production activities including Inward Quality Control (IQC), product assembly, and on-line support.
- Supplier & Manufacturing Support – Coordinate with suppliers to resolve manufacturing queries and ensure smooth material flow for production.
- Product Testing & Validation – Support in carrying out testing, inspection, and validation of products to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Mechanical & Technical Skills – Strong in mechanical design (conceptualizing, modeling, drawing creation), drawing reading, and knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly, machining, fabrication).
- Software Proficiency – Familiarity with CAD tools; working knowledge of MS Excel, statistical analysis software, and supply chain management systems.
- Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – Good technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
- Communication & Collaboration – Effective communication, presentation skills, and ability to work in cross-functional and multilingual teams.
- Flexibility & Business Orientation – Willingness to travel for business purposes and adaptability in dynamic production environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed within the last 18 months) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum CGPA of 7.0 with no standing arrears.
- Fresh graduates are eligible; candidates with up to 1 year of total experience may also apply.
