We're Hiring: AGM/GM - Finance
We're on the lookout for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our client. This is a high-impact role for someone who can independently manage corporate finance, investments, and governance at the top level.
Role: AGM/GM - Finance
Location: New Delhi (Work from Office - 5 Days)
Experience: 8-10 years post-qualification
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manage finances of Family Trusts, Holding Companies & SPVs
- Oversee taxation, investments, compliance, and MIS reporting
- Evaluate and track investment performance across sectors & geographies
- Liaise with auditors, company secretaries, banks, and legal teams
- Ensure full compliance with RBI/FEMA, Income Tax Act, Companies Act
- Directly coordinate with senior leadership & external Qualified CA with 8-10 years' experience; CS qualification preferred
- Exposure to Family Offices / HNIs / Conglomerate Finance functions
- Strong in corporate finance, investment analysis, tax structuring & governance
- Discreet, dependable, and effective communicator
