Industry: Machinery Manufacturers, Inverters/ Variable Frequency Drives/ Industrial Electronics Product manufacturers
Experience: Minimum 18+ years’ experience in design/application support of Off Grid/Hybrid Inverters & interface with battery packs. Experience in the configuration of Grid mini power plants also acceptable. Experience of working with Foreign Supply Chain Preferred. Candidates located from Western India are preferred.
Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech – Mechanical / Electronics

Job Profile
- Lead and manage the development of Inverters from concept to production.
- Drive the engineering team to meet project milestones, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design and performance meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to inverters.
- Develop and implement product testing and validation processes to ensure product reliability and safety.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams towards achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of inverters, industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing industry and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
