Responsibilities
- Lead the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes across India the United Kingdom and the United States.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR ABAP systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic direction and support for HR transformation projects to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to standardize operations and improve employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll benefits and other HR-related transactions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
- Support the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Provide training and development opportunities for HR team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR operations.
- Must have extensive experience in HR operations across India the United Kingdom and the United States.
- Must possess strong technical skills in HR ABAP.
- Should have a proven track record in HR transformation and program management.
- Experience in analytics and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and manage day shifts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should have a deep understanding of local HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
- A proactive and results-driven approach is necessary.
