Job Role: Tender Executive

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Location: Ahemdabad

Job Decsription:

Registration on e-portals (Like GeM) and Uploading tenders on the respective Tender sites.

• To vet incoming tenders and to note down the tender due date, project start and end date,

tender submission instructions/requirements, and mode of submission.

• To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search

engines, industry, GeM Portal and market intelligence data, etc., which are needed for

submission.

• Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents concerning tendering/bidding

activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.

• Coordinate with all the departments to ensure the collection of technical and other documents related to compiling bids.

• To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly followed, including

checking, binding, packing, and preparing outgoing submissions.

• Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in format, font, logo, etc., and line with the

customer’s tender requirements.
