Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Peer-cohort building – Identify, approach, and onboard a minimum of ten fellow students to form a fundraising cohort that will work under your guidance.
  • Training & coaching – Conduct quick WhatsApp or in-person sessions to teach your cohort proven fundraising techniques, share scripts, and set weekly targets.
  • Supervision & performance tracking – Monitor each student’s progress, provide daily nudges, and ensure the team collectively meets or exceeds campaign goals.
  • Personal fundraising – lead by example and raise funds through your own network
