Role Overview

We’re looking for a Full Stack Lead / Backend Lead (SDE-3) to join our core engineering team. You’ll architect and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and modern cloud-native technologies. You’ll own end-to-end feature delivery, mentor engineers, and shape the technical roadmap of our flagship digital health platform.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable applications.
• Architecture Leadership: Lead system design and technical discussions for complex features.
• Code Excellence: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across frontend and backend.
• Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level engineers; conduct thorough code reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, QA, and infra teams to deliver on time.
• Performance & Security: Optimize for speed, scalability, and security.
• DevOps Ownership: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, ensure production reliability.
• Innovation: Advocate for best practices, modern tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Next.js (or similar).
• Backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js (or equivalent).
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MS-SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Proven track record in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
