Technical Leadership & Development
- Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive front-end applications.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Make architectural decisions and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and Handling & Collaboration :
- Manage and mentor a team of developers.
- Conduct regular 1 :1s, technical upskilling sessions, and provide performance feedback.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Own the technical roadmap and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical challenges.
- Continuously improve development processes and CI/CD practices.
