Job Title: Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer

Location: Jodhpur (On-site)

Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years


Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Python, MERN stack, and .NET technologies. You will lead end-to-end development, mentor team members, and drive the execution of scalable and high-performance web applications.


Key Requirements:

  1. 5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  2. Expert in React.js, with deep understanding of component-based architecture.
  3. Strong backend development experience using Node.js and RESTful API design.
  4. Solid experience in MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning.
  5. Good knowledge of Python, MERN stack, and .NET technologies.
  6. Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and conducting thorough code reviews.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take technical ownership.
  8. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable.
