We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• The IT Technical Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project cycle starting from delivery scope alignment with business, estimation, risk identification and path to resolution, delivery planning, sprint execution, deployment.
• Work Closely with Product owner, Test Manager, IT Scrum Master, and Tech leads, IT service owner during project development cycle.
• Lead the team and ensure projects are delivered in agreed timelines.
• Role is open for both Pune and Hyderabad location.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Around 12+ years of work experience in designing and delivering applications built on Mobile/API/ Cloud Tech stacks and leadership experience with minimum 5+ of those years being experienced of managing engineering teams.
• Experience in Java, API, Sprint Boot tech stacks with solid background of resolving complex technical issues.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle database and SQL queries, JPA, Stored Procedure etc.
• Work experience as either a technical project manager or Portfolio Manager. Accountable executive for budget and Business expectation management.
• Experience in leading global teams of at least 50 individuals – including perm and non-perm staff
• Sound knowledge of agile principles and guidelines with experience of leading technology projects and facilitate planning sessions and complies with the HSBC Agile framework e.g., Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, SAFe.
• Experience of managing 3rd party vendor applications/services.
  
  

Essential skills for this role include but is not limited to knowledge around Insurance domain especially health domain.

• Strong knowledge on database and service modelling area. Strong risk assessment skills to identify upcoming risks and issues to a project delivery
• Awareness of data management such as data sharing across borders and data quality guidelines.
• Works with PO/DL/ upstream/downstream/senior stakeholders to meet compliance/legal / Audit and risk requirements.
  
  

Project planning and resource management (MUST)

• An agile or project management certification such as Scrum, SAFe, Prince2 or PMP (Preferred)
• Identify critical technical/performance problems and work on providing solutions to meet the business needs.
• Stakeholder management Experience : Be the Engineering face of the delivery team for wider stakeholders.
• Risk Management Experience: Evaluate the implementation risks and assist in making appropriate decisions around hot fixes/Incident fixes, Releases, etc
