Key Responsibilities

• Managing the visitors on the floor (approx count of EMP. On floors - 500 to 600 and 1500 to 2000)
• Meeting rooms/boardroom bookings
• Meeting rooms co-ordinations with spock for 2 different floors
• IT Support for meeting rooms
• Pantry support for meeting rooms
• Stakeholder management/co-ordinations for the respective floors
• Facilities & administrative co-ordinations for the respective floors
• If required, need to assist in executive floor management and admin work for related stakeholders.
