Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive developer to build sophisticated user interfaces and contribute to high-impact web applications. You will be responsible for developing complex features, collaborating with design teams, optimising application performance, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies and a commitment to writing clean, efficient code.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex user interface features with minimal supervision, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing code that aligns with project goals.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs, ensuring seamless integration with design specifications.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring high performance and a consistent user experience across devices.
• Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, conducting thorough and constructive code reviews, and contributing to the team's knowledge base through sharing best practices and insights.
• Write and maintain detailed technical documentation for features, components, and integrations to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Integrate seamlessly with backend services and APIs to deliver full-stack functionality, ensuring smooth data flow and application performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to accessibility standards and best practices in frontend development to create inclusive and user-friendly applications.
• Independently manage assigned tasks, provide accurate time estimations for deliverables, proactively identify potential project issues, and suggest minor process improvements to enhance efficiency and align technical solutions with project objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
  
  

Top 5 Must-Have Technical Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including semantic markup, responsive design, Flexbox, and Grid.
• Strong command of advanced JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await), closures, and modules.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Clear and effective technical communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
