Job Description

COEPD is seeking a Front Office Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position, and we welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The role involves managing the front desk and providing efficient customer service to callers and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls promptly and transfer them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and general inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, printers, and scanners, as well as computer applications like MS Office.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, creating a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the relevant recipients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Good Communication Skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to use office equipment and computer applications effectively.
  • Must be punctual, organized, and possess a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Shift Timings

  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM OR 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Any shift is fine).
