Key Responsibilities
- Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar management.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Customer Interaction:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses to client requests.
- Data Management:
- Enter and update information in CRM or other office systems.
- Prepare reports and maintain logs as required.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Support HR or admin teams with ad hoc tasks when needed.
- Assist in organizing events, appointments, or travel arrangements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
