- Maintain telecommunication system.
- Should be able to answer inquiries regarding the services delivered at the clinic.
- Maintain proper patient data.
- Assist the clinic in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Patient / Customer care
- To handle patient queries and direct them appropriately
- To manage billing and discount information with patients
- To efficiently deliver procedures laid down for customer care - these include invoicing.
- Patient Feedback needs to be filed and effectively implemented.
- Managing appointments
- To adhere to company policy and presentation
- Preparation of Daily reports including Patient Count
- Courier Dispatch Log has to be maintained.
- Housekeeping employee duty Logbook need to be maintained.
- Appointment Reminder calls have to be completed on the previous day evening for the smooth flow of patients.
- Doctor Appointment Calendar has to be maintained.
- Orients and educates patients and their families by meeting them and explaining about the care plans and other information relating to the treatments.
- Respect patients by recognizing their rights; and maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow up of investigations and diagnostic reports.
- IP advance collection.
- Preauthorize pending should clear within 24 hours.
- Discharge intimation status should be given not more than 12 hours.
- Probable Date of Discharge should be updated daily.
- Billing card check.
- No delay in discharge
- Time taken for discharge should be within 4 hours.
- Collection of feedback against discharges.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Ensure all patient grievances are recorded and addressed.
