- Handling reception JDE as a backup of FOE.
- Handling major event at site.
- Take care of day to day operation of soft services (HK/Pantry) at site.
- Handling invoicing of JLL to JCB.
- PO creation of all vendor partners which are support to JCB operations.
- Handling vendor partners invoicing which are support to JCB operations.
- Stock management of HK/Pantry items.
- Stock management of crockery items.
- Site seating arrangement details.
- Prepare attendance of site team (HK/Pantry team).
- Training/briefing of soft services (Pantry/HK).
- Coordinate with all vendor partners to maintained daily BAU.
- Ensuring compliance management of all vendor partners.
