- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient scheduling of consultations, tests, and procedures.
- Provide patients with necessary information regarding appointments and procedures.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and ensure the secure handling of sensitive information.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and coordinating with other departments.
- Collaborate with the medical and administrative team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
