Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Executive to join our team in Rajkot on a Full-Time basis. This position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience, offering an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in front desk operations within the education sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge and skills in aviation, hospitality industry, and study abroad industry are mandatory for this position (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience or understanding of front desk operations to effectively manage daily reception activities.
- Proficiency in hospitality management to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for clients and guests.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide top-tier service and address client inquiries and feedback efficiently.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Basic skills in using office software, such as MS Office, to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment to ensure smooth operations.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach towards addressing client and organizational needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Answer and redirect phone calls, and handle emails and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance client service delivery.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of company events and client meetings.
- Maintain and update records of client interactions and feedback regularly.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate operational efficiency.
- Promote the company's educational services to potential clients and provide necessary information.
