We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Motivated and talented employees will be provided leadership training and advancement opportunities.

- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
- Scheduling client appointments
- Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
- Client insurance benefits verification
