Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate staff nurse to join our team in Pune. As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and assisting in the development and implementation of patient care plans.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assessing and evaluating patient health status
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Ensuring that patient rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current on new developments in healthcare
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
• Active nursing license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Ability to operate medical equipment
