We are looking for freshers to join our team as Recruitment Executive- HR (WFO) at Wave Galleria, Wave City, Ghaziabad.

Company Name: HireWala

Designation: - Recruitment Executive- HR

Fix Salary: - Rs. 10k to 15k + incentive per closing

Experience: - Minimum 0-1 year in recruitment. (Experience in recruitment agency will be preferred)

Location: Wave Galleria, Wave City, Ghaziabad.

Office Timing: 09.30 to 05.30 pm (Monday to Saturday, one Saturday is off)

Mandatory: - Laptop (company will provide mobile number & Wi-Fi connection)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully filling positions with top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Manage job postings and advertisements on various platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
  
  

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Proven track record of successful recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools (ATS, job boards, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
