Job Description
- Screening resumes.
- Interview candidates via phone.
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
- Share interview address and time with applicants.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Taking follow ups with company HR and as well as with candidates.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
- Continue follow up with candidates from screening to joining.
- Candidate should have laptop and wifi as it's a wfh opportunity.
- Candidate should be ready to call on atleast 50 numbers daily.
- We need someone who are sincere for the work and eager to learn HR recruitment field.
