We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Soft Skills & Etiquette Trainer to join our network of grooming professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about personal development and possess the ability to deliver impactful training sessions to diverse clientele — including students, professionals, brides/grooms, and corporate teams.

• Deliver customized training sessions on:
• Communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
• Business and dining etiquette
• Personal grooming and confidence-building
• Time management and goal setting
• Interview preparation and public speaking
• Body language and personal presence
• Conduct one-on-one sessions, workshops, and group training (offline and/or online).
• Develop and adapt training content to suit different age groups, professional levels, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the Styltara team to align on client briefs, timelines, and training goals.
• Provide progress reports and post-training feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Optionally contribute to Styltara’s certification programs as a lead/guest trainer.

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Soft Skills Trainer, Etiquette Coach, HR Trainer, or similar role.
• Excellent command of English and/or Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Certification in Soft Skills / Etiquette Training or Psychology/HR background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging delivery style.
• Ability to handle both individual and group sessions, in-person and virtual.
• Professional grooming and a strong personal presence.
• Passion for empowering others through structured learning and practical tools.
