About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and detail-driven Post-Production Artist to bring visual storytelling to life in a vertical scroll (Webtoon-style) format.

In this role, you’ll transform draft images—generated via internal tools—into polished, emotionally impactful, and reader-ready webcomic episodes. You will own the visual flow, storytelling, and polish of entire episodes, working closely with the writing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Layout & Flow: Arrange provided base images into a compelling visual narrative, designing clear and intuitive panel flow tailored for vertical scroll (Webtoon) format
• Composition & Design: Make thoughtful decisions on framing, pacing, and negative space, using gutters and transitions to enhance emotional and story beats
• Visual Enhancement: Refine character anatomy, perspective, and posing. Add or polish backgrounds, props, and environmental details to strengthen visual storytelling
• Polish & Finalization: Apply lighting, overlays, effects, and color correction to match tone and mood. Ensure all art assets meet publication-quality standards
• Consistency & Continuity: Maintain a unified art style and ensure visual continuity of characters, environments, and props across episodes
• File Delivery: Organize and export production-ready assets (PSD, PNG, etc.) and respond efficiently to feedback or revision requests

Skill Sets Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar digital illustration tools
• Strong eye for composition, visual storytelling, and panel flow
• Solid understanding of anatomy, posing, and perspective, with the ability to improve and correct draft visuals
• Experience with Webtoon/comic production pipelines or a strong grasp of visual storytelling in sequential art
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and prompting, as you’ll be working with AI-generated base imagery
• Ability to beautify and complete panels, including designing or enhancing backgrounds, adding effects, and ensuring visual coherence
• A collaborative and communicative mindset, comfortable working with briefs, references, and iterative feedback
• Strong sense of ownership, detail orientation, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working on narrative or serialized content
• Background in animation, concept art, or cinematic storytelling
