Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Frappe Developer to join our dynamic team at BIZTECHNOSYS. The role, based in Navsari, Surat, Ahmedabad, Bangalore Urban, or Bangalore Rural, requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on various projects, using their skills in the Frappe Framework, specifically focusing on HRMS & CMS modules and API Integration. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with the Frappe Framework (Mandatory skill), demonstrating strong capabilities in customization and development.
• Proficiency in utilizing HRMS & CMS modules (Mandatory skill) within the Frappe environment to support enterprise applications.
• Experience in API Integration (Mandatory skill) to connect various SaaS platforms and enhance system functionalities.
• Proficient in data management to effectively handle databases and ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles to contribute to user-friendly interface design and enhance user experience.
• Problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software development efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and sharing insights and suggestions to improve processes.
• Great attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using the Frappe Framework according to business requirements.
• Implement and maintain HRMS & CMS modules, ensuring their integration aligns with company goals.
• Perform API integrations to enable seamless communication between various data management systems.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality end-to-end delivery of software solutions.
• Participate in design discussions, offering insights to build scalable and efficient systems.
• Conduct regular system tests and debugging to improve application efficiency.
• Document development processes, algorithms, and technical specifications clearly and thoroughly.
• Assist in the maintenance and upgrading of existing systems to improve their capacity and reliability.
